At The Heywood, we value inclusivity and run sessions to meet all member’s needs.
Heywood Joggers running sessions are held in a group, which has shown to boost motivation, promote friendship and make running and training more enjoyable overall.
The Heywood Joggers are a beginners’-based jogging group hosted by the experienced Richard Houston. Richard has established a low-cost and safe environment for those over 18 who want to keep fit, lose weight or just tone up.
Individuals are able to walk, jog, run or a combination of all three around set routes which will not exceed 3 miles in length.
Membership is only £5 per year to cover insurance and access to the club.
