The Heywood has two gym areas – these are The Tone Zone, which is located downstairs, and The Studio, combining to offer a range of classes suitable for everyone, from beginners to experienced members.
Both areas feature practical equipment for each activity or class, plenty of floor space and helpful staff on-hand to offer guidance and support to ensure that you get the most out of your time at the club.
The Tone Zone
The Tone Zone is the area for losing weight, toning up and becoming fitter and healthier – in this area, you will find toning equipment, ample floor space and a team member who is ready to help with anything you need
Equipment in the Tone Zone includes; leg press, leg extension, leg curl, shoulder press, chest press, two treadmills, two rowing machines, exercise bikes and free weights up to 10 kg.
The Studio features brand-new state of the art equipment, plenty fo floor space and helpful team members to guide you through a range of classes, including Spinning, Pilates and Circuits.
Tom is experienced, with a sporty background, having participated in squash, football and running to high levels. He is now the resident squash professional and always has time to chat about anything sporty.
